Faith-Based Counseling for Healing, Growth, and Restoration
Hello, and welcome—I’m grateful our paths have crossed. My name is Brandi Hebert (pronounced A-Bear), and I specialize in helping men and women navigate midlife transitions, addiction recovery, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
Compassionate, Christ-Centered Therapy
I believe that healing and transformation are possible for everyone. Through God’s grace, compassionate support, and meaningful connection, it is possible to break cycles of pain, trauma, and abuse and move toward lasting restoration.
Holistic Approach to Mental Health
My counseling approach is holistic and faith-based, focusing on the integration of body, mind, and spirit. I work with clients to build emotional resilience, improve mental wellness, and strengthen spiritual growth. By incorporating healthy lifestyle practices and wellness principles, I help individuals and families achieve balance and long-term healing.
Solution-Focused Family Therapy
I specialize in solution-focused therapy, particularly with families, operating from the belief that even small, intentional changes can positively impact the entire family system and bring relief more quickly. In addition, I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy to help clients understand thought patterns, explore deeper emotional experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Professional Background and Experience
My professional background includes experience as a small business owner and a high school special education teacher, where I supported families navigating the complexities of raising children with special needs. These experiences have shaped my deep compassion for family systems, strengthened my understanding of resilience, and reinforced the importance of faith during life’s challenges.
Education and Current Training
I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy and licensure at Montreat College. As an intern with SureHope Counseling and Training Center, I am committed to creating a compassionate, Christ-centered space where individuals and families can experience hope, healing, and renewed purpose.
