As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I specialize in helping young adults and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-worth, self-image concerns, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I also have a special interest in adjustment counseling, helping individuals process major life changes, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies during times of uncertainty.
